how the day works
STEP 1: WE MEET TO DESIGN OR REFINEÂ YOUR STRATEGY
We want to get all the deets about what's coming up in your business and create or refine your pitch and CTA to make sure your strategy is a standout. We'll need an hour of your time in the morning so we can spend the rest of the day executing!
STEP 2: WEÂ FIND YOUR PLACE IN THE SPACE
We pinpoint your perfect positioning in the podcasting space where you'll stand out, reach the most new eyes, and convert the most clients.Â
STEP 3:Â WE HAND SELECT YOUR PODCASTS TO PITCH
While you kick back and relax, we'll build your list of hand-selected podcasts that would be perfect for you to guest on, and pull their verified contact information.
STEP 4:Â APPROVALS AND SIGN OFF
We'll share the strategy we've put together to get your feedback. We don't reach out until you're happy with our approach and it feels authentic to your voice.
STEP 5:Â WEÂ PITCH YOUR FIRST 10 SHOWS
Now comes the fun part! We'll pitch on your behalf until 10 high-quality pitches have hit your dream podcasts' inboxes. We'll chat with you about the size of the show we're aiming for. We will need access to an email affiliated with your business domain!
STEP 6:Â THE NEXT STEP
After we've pitched your first 10 shows, we'll make sure you feel ready to handle follow-up and a second round of pitching. You'll get our entire podcast guesting course and massive database of shows to continue the process. Or, you can choose to engage us for additional booking support.
