The terms and conditions set out below apply to your purchase of the self-study program, Hell Yes Guest offered by Kelly Mosser LLC doing business as Hell Yes Media. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law and set out the terms under which Kelly Mosser (I, “me,” or “my) provide services to you, as purchaser of the Hell Yes Guest course. These terms are subject to any rights you have under consumer law to which I am bound to and which cannot be waived.

Program Outline

Hell Yes Guest is a digital course which uses strategic instruction to assist you in getting booked on podcasts to grow your brand. It is in the format of a do-it-yourself course, and no live feedback or coaching support is offered from the instructor. Our course students also receive access to the Hell Yes Guest community, which is a peer-to-peer virtual community, as well as an AI-powered feedback and coaching tool.

Program Specifics

Following purchase of the course and community bundle you will receive access to 8 modules consisting of pre-recorded trainings, worksheets, templates, and a database of podcasts including contact information which are housed in Kajabi. You will receive access to the Hell Yes Guest community, a digital community created inside of Kajabi. As part of the Hell Yes Guest community, you will receive access to monthly group interview practice sessions held via Zoom as well as monthly group networking sessions held via Zoom. Dates and times are estimated and are subject to change. As interview practice sessions and networking sessions are optional, you are not entitled to receive a refund if you are unable to attend these live sessions. 

Prohibition of Content Download

Students are not permitted to download any of the video lessons to their personal devices for use or access outside of the Kajabi platform. Downloading content from this course violates the terms and conditions. Students are advised that the videos included with Hell Yes Guest are digitally encrypted, allowing for the Hell Yes Guest team to monitor prohibited downloading of course content. If a student is suspected to have downloaded video content from the Hell Yes Guest course for use on their personal devices, a further investigation and legal action may be taken. You are not permitted to download, distribute, sell, rent, lease, loan, or otherwise transfer any Course Content to your personal devices or to any third party in any format. This includes all forms of digital and physical copying or reproduction.

This Product is Not Suitable For Agents or Podcast Guesting Strategists

This product is not suitable for agencies, consultants, or strategists who intend to use this program to book their clients on podcasts. Agencies, consultants, or strategists who intend to use these methods to book their clients on podcasts are prohibited from purchasing this product and will immediately lose access upon discovery by Hell Yes Media. If you would like support from Hell Yes Media to improve your success rate as an agency, consultant, or coach please email us at [email protected] and we would be happy to chat with you about a licensing agreement. Selling services that utilize the Hell Yes Guest method, the profitable podcast tour, or any of the teachings or resources included herein is a violation of the Hell Yes Guest course agreement. No individual, agency, or company may sell podcast guesting services following their enrollment in Hell Yes Guest without express written permission of Hell Yes Media. 

Payment Terms

Students will be granted to the Hell Yes Guest course curriculum. Students will retain access to the curriculum for the lifetime duration that the course exists under the provision of Hell Yes Media. Students will receive all future updates made to the course free of additional charges. Should the course cease to be made available through Hell Yes Media, students will lose access to the materials and advanced notice may or may not be provided. It is our intention to maintain the course's availability in perpetuity, but this cannot be guaranteed. Regular pricing for the Hell Yes Guest course is $1500  USD. Students may take advantage of limited time discounts and promotions that are offered by Hell Yes Media.

Students will gain lifetime access to the course curriculum. They will gain access to the Hell Yes Guest community for one year.

Privacy and Confidentiality

If you are visiting our website, your privacy and protection of your personal data is important to me. I will keep your personal data confidential and will never share it with unconnected third parties or sell your information. Your payment information will be processed by a secure third-party processor. Your email address and phone number will never be shared, and you may opt out of communication from us at anytime. I will be provided with your email address and name but never be provided with your financial information.

Refunds and Cancellation

Due to the digital nature of this product, refunds may only be requested within 7 days of purchase.

Intellectual Property

You are not permitted to recreate, loan, teach, sell, or produce content that contains or reflects any of the contents of the course curriculum, trainings, worksheets, templates, or database of podcasts, nor are you permitted to share your login account with any other individual so that they may access your account. Any students found sharing accounts will immediately have their access to Hell Yes Guest course and community revoked. If students are suspected to be infringing upon the copyright of Hell Yes Guest course, proprietary methods, trade secrets, curriculums, or digital resources by selling products or services that may infringe upon the intellectual property of Kelly Mosser or Hell Yes Guest in any way, further investigation and/or legal action may be taken.

It’s not possible to provide any guarantees that you will experience any specific results from a DIY course. Failure to complete the self-study materials, follow the outlined suggestions, and attend interview practice sessions will limit your ability to benefit from the information provided and will significantly limit any results.

This course is not a substitute for medical or mental health care and should not be treated as such.

Hell Yes Guest provides strategies and methods to help you create a successful podcast guesting strategy. It is your individual responsibility to apply what is shared and taught in the course to your personal circumstances both during the course and afterwards. Each individual is unique and their starting position and commitment to the course is unique to them. The aim is that following completion of the course you will have new information, strategies and techniques and have a profitable podcast guesting strategy.

Please be aware that the course is delivered entirely in English and no translations are provided for videos or text.

You will be provided with course materials. At all times, even following purchase, the intellectual property rights and copyright connected with those materials remain mine, Kelly Mosser. You have the right to use the materials as learning tools but you are not permitted to duplicate, imitate or provide copies to third parties whether for free or as part of a sale under any circumstances whatsoever. You are not permitted to teach, imitate, sell, or duplicate any frameworks, methods, or teachings from the course.

Communication

By opting into this course, you permit access to be contacted regarding matters related to the course via email and SMS message. General

I intend to rely on the written terms set out in these terms and conditions in respect of the course delivered to you. These written terms shall constitute the entire agreement between us.

If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any such modification or deletion shall not affect the validity and enforceability of
the rest of these terms and conditions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of The United States of America. The Courts of The United States have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter and proceedings arising out of your purchase of the course.
