Done-For-You Podcast Tour Terms of Purchase

I'm delighted you're considering working with us to plan and execute your podcast tour.

Kelly Mosser
The terms and conditions set out below apply to your purchase of the Get Booked Intensive offered by Kelly Mosser LLC doing business as Hell Yes Media. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law and set out the terms under which Kelly Mosser (I, “me,” or “my) provide services to you, as purchaser of the Get Booked Intensive. These terms are subject to any rights you have under consumer law to which I am bound to and which cannot be waived.
Offer Specifics
Following successful purchase of the Get Booked Intensive, you will gain access to the support outlined below.
- Host a 60 minute 1:1 kickoff call with you
- Create your podcast tour strategy including CTA script, signature content package, customizable pitch, and list of 30 podcasts with verified contact information.
- Handle your outreach: you agree to grant us access to an email address associated with your business's domain for a 24 hour period for initial outreach, then 2-3 additional follow-up days depending on response.
- Train you 1:1 ahead of your first interview to ensure you're prepared.
- Be available to you for questions throughout your tour process for 90 days.
- Our promise to you: we will develop and optimize your strategy to get you booked on at least two podcasts during our time together. We will discuss with you the size range of the shows we can guarantee based on your level of expertise, tenure in business, and network size.
Once we have delivered on our scope and you have been booked twice, you may choose whether you'd like to handle your outreach going forward. This service is not a retainer arrangement. If you prefer, we will gladly hand over your assets, strategy documents, and podcast list and contacts for you to continue outreach on your own.
Payment Terms
The cost of the service is currently $5,500 USD if paid in full or two payments of $2,750 USD. All purchases are final and due to the nature of this service, no refunds are available. If for any reason we are unable to book you on two podcasts within the 90 day period outlined, we will continue working on your behalf until we can accomplish this.
Support
My team and I are here to answer any questions you have during the 12 week implementation period when you will have access to email support. Please email kelly@kellymosser.com with questions and you will receive a reply between Monday to Friday from 9am until 5pm. I aim to respond to you within 48 hours if you email during those hours.
Privacy and Confidentiality
Your privacy and protection of your personal data is important to me. I will keep your personal data confidential and will never share it with unconnected third parties. Your payment information will be processed by a secure third-party processor. I will be provided with your email address and name but never be provided with your financial information.
Refunds and Cancellation
As you are purchasing a done for you service you are only entitled to a refund in limited circumstances. Refunds can be granted or denied by our team. In purchasing the done-for-you podcast tour strategy you are waiving your rights to a refund unless the statutory circumstances for refunds are met.
Should you consider that the service provided is faulty or inadequate for any reason, please confirm so immediately. Should you have any concerns or questions please contact me at kelly@kellymosser.com.
Intellectual Property
You have the right to use learning materials that are shared with you as tools but you are not permitted to duplicate, imitate or provide copies to third parties whether for free or as part of a sale under any circumstances whatsoever. The video trainings may not be downloaded from Kajabi onto your personal devices, and our podcast database may not be shared with others.
Feedback and Complaints
If you have any feedback about the service please do share it with me. It’s my hope you love this service, but if you would like to file a complaint, it should be shared in writing to support@kellymosser.com
General
Throughout the service, I or a member of my team will be available by email Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm Eastern. We will respond as soon as possible and within 48 hours during the hours stated.
I intend to rely on the written terms set out in these terms and conditions in respect of the service delivered to you. These written terms shall constitute the entire agreement between us.
If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any such modification or deletion shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of The United States of America. The Courts of The United States have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter and proceedings arising out of your purchase of the course.
